Ever thought about pairing cheese and beer?

Eagle Rock Brewery in Los Angeles will be hosting an opportunity this Sunday evening to try out a pairing of cheese and beer. Partnering with Milkfarm, an artisanal cheese shop, Eagle Rock Brewery will be have a tasty and educational evening.

Milkfarm will be bringing a whole wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano, as well as discussing the production process and historical aspects of this world-renowned cheese.  Later in the evening, they will also demonstrate the cracking of this entire wheel and portioning some out for tasting.  This is a rare opportunity to experience the sights, sounds, and aromas of this incredible, venerable cheese.

This beer and cheese pairing event is part of a bi-monthly beer education series hosted by Eagle Rock Brewery’s co-owners, Ting Su and Jeremy Raub. Tickets to this event include a glass of beer to enjoy during the lecture portion of the evening, as well as a sample of beer, paired with a sample of the Parmigiano-Reggiano.

The event is 21+ only, taking place at 5pm this Sunday (January 29, 2017) at Eagle Rock Brewery (3056 Roswell Street, Los Angeles, CA). Tickets can be purchased online.

Tonight for the Screens N' Suds 'Big Event' held at The Answer Brewpub, side project of An Mekong of Mekong Restaurant fame. The only answer needed to this question is hand made craft beer.
