There is a new craft brewery coming to the Inland Empire that is taunting us with Escaping the ordinary. They promise to brew complex beers for advanced palates.

I am, of course, talking about Escape Craft Brewery. The brain child of Josh and Melissa Fisher, Escape will be the 4th craft brewery to land in Redlands, California. Following the success of Hangar 24, Ritual Brewing, and Wild Donkey. Escape is hoping to capitalize on the growing craft beer scene in and around the city.

According to their website, Escape plans to offer a wide variety of flagship beers such as: Midnight Express (a chocolate coffee stout), Vanilla Blonde, Destination Brown, and Lazy Day IPA. All of their beers will use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to help support and maintain the rich agricultural Redlands history.

While most of the brewing equipment is already purchased and installed, Escape is currently hosting a Kickstarter campaign to help raise money for kegs and other extraneous expenses that come along with opening a new business. Benefits of contributing to the Kickstarter include all sorts of paraphernalia ranging from stickers to shirts to hats to growlers. More generous donations will even fetch private beer dinners or your very own reserved table at the brewery. With only a week left in the campaign, now is the time to act! Head on over to the website to check out all the details: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2079163222/escape-craft-brewery-complex-beers-for-advanced-pa

Escape Craft Brewery is hoping to open in October of this year. Their address is located at 721 Nevada St. Suite 401 in Redlands, California. You can check out their website at escapecraftbrewery.com for more information.

Beer is The Answer at Screens 'n' Suds Big Event

When most beer geeks look at their elixir filled glass, one either gazes at or thinks of ways to unmask it. Evaluating and demystifying to find the purpose or wonder of that particular beer. Either the brewer had the intention, the mistake, or the unknown with said brew. Labels can only take us so far into the imagination or process and concoction of said brew. Tonight for the Screens N' Suds 'Big Event' held at The Answer Brewpub, side project of An Mekong of Mekong Restaurant fame. The only answer needed to this question is hand made craft beer.
