World Bottled Beer Bookin Products
The World Bottled Beers book describes 50 of the best beers according to author Adrian Tierney-Jones.
There are dozens of books like this on the market and each one (for the most part) includes different beers, leading to multiple opinions on the “best beers”. The World Bottled Beers includes “50 classic beers to sip and savour”.
There are two main differences between this book and most other top beer books and I’ll start with the obvious one first; the book is shaped like a beer bottle. The cover and back are padded; giving a raised finish to the book that looks great on any coffee table. And really, that’s what this book is, a coffee table book. Put it somewhere that people will randomly pick it up and thumb through a couple of pages at a time. The second difference I noticed is that this book is light on the technical aspects of the beer like grist compositions, hop utilization, IBUs, and even the beer style that the particular beer fits into, this is for someone who enjoys good beers but doesn’t want to get into the nitty gritty details of things.
Adrian has an eloquent way of describing each of these beers, making you feel like you are getting to enjoy it right along with him! It will give anyone a quick idea of what that particular beer will taste like. I see this book being a great addition to the coffee table of any beer lover.
