As father’s day creeps up right around the corner, here at BierBuzz.com we would like to offer our beloved reader a few father’s day gift that might just make you the “favorite” one.

Having been a home brewer for over two years, I have done a lot of malt extract home brewed beers and used a lot of quick YouTube videos that show me how to boil, mash, rack and even bottle. But when I got the call to review Brad Smith and John Palmer’s new video...

This and his other trophy IPA Blind Pig, are star examples of the style. He also brews some wicked Belgian style ales and Russian River has a fantastic sour beer program. Let's dive into this beer with what I get from this beer.

RevWinery & Brewery Co. is located in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley in Covina, CA. While Covina may be a hard to find on a map, finding RevWinery/Brewery is a trick on its own. After 5:00, the gates to the industrial complex close and Rev will only open the gates if you call them. Owner Eddy and I spoke openly that he should carve out a sliding peephole in the front door and come up with a password to cap the mystery of how to get in.
