I'll say this right from the start a Gluten free beer is different from your standard ale. This brew has a very unique scent that's almost medicinal if you can picture that.
Taste
Like formaldehyde in your mouth...ok it's not that bad but it's definitely not what I expected. Will have to try a new batch and make sure it wasn't just old...

Hangar 24 Craft Brewery

I have to say finding a craft brewery in the middle of an air field is a unique experience (Ok so not in the middle of the air field but close enough). This craft brewery houses one of my personal favorite beers "Orange Wheat" which tastes even better on tap. Pricing here is a little steeper then buying it at your local store but what it makes up for in taste is worth every penny. You can try many of their "not for commercial sales yet" beers or any of their well known craft beers. Pull up on one of the picnic tables on the patio or sit on a keg and relax at this unique Redlands spot. If your in the area this is definitely one brewery you don't want to miss.
